Terms & Conditions


A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to confirm your booking.

 

Check in: 2.00pm

 

Check out: 10.00am

 

Maximum of two people per room

 

Cooking is not permitted in rooms

 

All rooms are non-smoking

 

Any loss, or damage incurred, is the responsibility of the person who makes the booking, and must be paid for prior to departure, or charged to your credit card.

 

Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10.00pm

 

Only registered guests are permitted on the premises

 

The owners do not take any responsibility for loss or damage to your personal property or vehicle.  

 

All Cancellations must be in writing.

 

Any cancellation with less than 48hrs notice incurs a fee of 100% of the total tariff to be paid

 

Failure to "show" incurs a fee of 100% of the total tariff to be paid.

 

"Non-refundable" rates are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total tariff fee paid.

 

The owners reserve the right to cancel any booking and provide a full refund, should any unforeseen circumstances arise. 

 

Non-return of the room key will incur a $50 replacement fee

 

Pet Care & Control Information

 Pets must always be under your control at all times and must be on a lead in all outdoor areas of our property. Noise must be kept to a minimum. You are responsible for the behaviour of your pet whilst at Tantarra

 

Disclaimer - Pets are welcome at Tantarra Bed & Breakfast but only at the pet owners risk. Tantarra Bed & Breakfast, its servants or agents accept no responsibility or liability for death, illness, injury or accidents of any kind occurring to pets caused by or as a result of visiting Tantarra.
