Dine In or Eat Out
As
a guest of Tantarra you have many choices when it comes to dinning.
Within a 2 minute drive of our property over a dozen restaurants and
eating establishments await you with Thai, Mongolian, Italian, Japanese,
Pizza, Mexican, Indian and Chinese as well as A La Cart, Hotel Bistro,
take-away and coffee shops serving light meals. Further afield - [but
not too much further] will find you an even greater array of dining
options. Alternatively, and with a little notice, you can dine in at
Tantarra - choosing from Picnic Hampers to Barbeque Packs or Home-style
Cooked Meals.
Breakfast Included
in Tariff Breakfast is served between 7.00am and 8.30am by the pool and is included in your tariff.
Choose from a selection of cafe-style dishes: -
Hearty Breakfast: Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, oven baked Tomatoes, Baked Beans, Hash brown and Sour dough toasted, Breakfast Juice, Tea or Coffee
Tantarra Pancake Stack:
A generous portion of fluffy Pancakes topped with whipped marscapone
and fresh strawberries with Maple Syrup on the side; Breakfast Juice,
Tea or Coffee
Continental Breakfast: [for a Light start to the day] Cereal, fresh seasonal fruit, and pastries, Breakfast Juice, Tea or Coffee
Poached Eggs: Poached Eggs -[of-course], Bacon, oven baked Tomatoes and toasted sour dough, Breakfast Juice, Tea or Coffee
Omelette: Eggs with a combination of Ham, Tomatoes, Cheese, or Asparagus, Breakfast Juice, Tea or Coffee
Mushrooms in Butter sauce: Mushrooms
and Cherry tomatoes fried off in a butter sauce, seasoned with sea salt
and freshly ground black pepper and served with lightly toasted sour
dough; breakfast juice, tea or coffee.
Picnic Hamper

Advanced notice required  For
those long lazy lunches why not grab a bottle of wine and one of our
Picnic Hampers, find a shady spot down by the lake, or just relax here
on the daybed - and wile away your afternoon.
Includes: - Sliced
Cold Meats, Quiche, Cheese and fruit plate, Potato salad and pear
rocket and parmesan Salad, Crusty Bread Rolls and a selection of sweet
slices, Condiments and Bottled water - all packed in a loaned picnic bag
with rug, cups, plates etc. to enhance your experience
BBQ Pack $65 per couple Advanced

For
that lazy lunch by the pool or an easy dinner why not try one of our
Barbeque packs for use with our barbeque facilities OR to take away.
Includes:
- 2 pieces of fillet Steak, Marinated Chicken breast for 2 as well as
Butchers Sausages, Potato salad and Pear rocket and Parmesan Salad,
Crusty Bread Rolls, a sweets plate, Condiments, Cutlery & Crockery.

lighting, slow music, candles, a beautiful table setting and a
leisurely meal
A unique, slow and fun way to dine where ‘if you must blame the chef then you blame yourself’!! We prepare a beautiful setting for you either at a table or on the day-bed. Provided
is an electric flat-plate [pre-warmed] and a large platter of tasty
morsels ready for YOU -the chef - to cook and eat at your leisure - including: -
prawn skewers - marinated in lemon, chili and coriander; fresh scallops
and squid curls, spice-rubbed breast of chicken and tender eye-fillet
steak; baby potatoes, sweet corn portions, rustic bread and a tossed
green salad complete your selection. Beverages are on a B.Y.O. basis [Please Note that this is a one course only meal].
